1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £100. Orders under £100 incur a £4.95 shipping fee. Express shipping is £9.95. International shipping rates vary by destination.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.
2. How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at returns@seraphimrock.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for UK orders. International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for size or style changes within 30 days. Contact our team and we will reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.
