Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned with all tags attached. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@seraphimrock.com with your order number. UK returns are eligible for a prepaid return label. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
